On Steam/Xbox 360, holding Y/TRIANGLE/ (PS3/4) will give you the Jacket, holding RB/R1 (PS3/4) will give you RPD, and holding both Y&RB (TRIANGLE & R1, PS3/4) gives you Mafia.
